I did an online order since I live so far away and I wanted to take advantage of the special “Valentine’s Day “. The special was from the 11th - 14th. I did my order on Sat.(12th)at 6:30a morning. Showing completed. Received email (8:55a) product out. I had to pick something else with less quality. I get to dispensary and aftr ck out Sebastian tells me to not use the Leafly site for my orders to use they’re own site (Downtown Dispensary) to do my orders because Leafly is not accurate and that they had been out of the product (for days)thatI purchased online. I do not know who does your updates but that is not my fault that it is not updated, I am a med. customer looking for deals too and accuracy is important wherever you are selling. The guys were kind and thank you but when a med. crd carrier accuracy is important.

I have religiously been a customer of Nature’s Med. for almost 2yrs. the pricing and quality is outrageous!!! It seems like you had a wonderful thing going with specials and than you got greedy....so sad 😞. It was cheaper to drive to Phoenix with deals that are still offered with no excuse (of not available) and even quality was there with-professional /knowledgeable bud tenders . To bad you treat Medical M. clients like that. Shameful.
