I started going here when they first opened up during MID covid/state quarantine. I was stoked they are so close and convenient to me! I have tried many other state dispensaries but this ones vibe & customer service keeps me coming back... At the beginning no one could go inside and you had to do pre order online. I thought Nova's procedure were safe and smooth.... Then customers were finally able to go inside with pre order placed.. The place is dope inside and super clean. They absolutely follow the social distancing rules and a mask is required. They even allow one person at a time per order. Menu and pre orders shut down at 7:30 so I would plan ahead most of the time. IF they didn't do this people would never stop coming and the employees would get out so late So I get it! Be patient people. I've been here about a dozen times now and not one complaint. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The employees at cash out are informative and if they don't know then they find out. ALSO- I notice people talking about the fee and prices being high. They are following the rules and regulations by Charging that fee so it looks like atm withdrawal. Your bank can also charge you a fee. If it's problem then pay with cash :) IT WOULD SUCK for them to get in trouble and shut down. Nova's prices are in the ball park and dispensary's legally have to follow certain things with prices or could risk being shut down and we all don't want that :) In my opinion it's worth the extra $. At least you know your getting good quality rather than taking a risk getting it on street. I'm excited to watch this business grow! I also love the fact it's women and veteran owned!
