Horrible customer service. Had my ID checked 3 different times. A bit excessive given the fact each time they scanned the barcode on the back. On top of that, EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO TOUCHED MY ID did not SANITIZE PRIOR TO TOUCHING IT NOR WERE ANY OF THEM WEARING GLOVES. Claimed if my ID wasn’t checked a 3rd time, the “MANAGER” would get mad. I know the rules of the OLCC and no where do they require each individual bud tender to check ID. They might have great flower from some amazing farms, but the shop itself is terrible. The bud tenders that work there, are even worse. No personality. No knowledge about their product. I used to come here to try certain farms products. Won’t be back. I’ll go to Truth for Eugreen/Geek/Deep Creek/Evans Creek products from now on.
