I purchased 3 Off the same prerolls On the same, day. Upon opening, two were the same size, and one was almost half size of the other two. The product is by green gold and the strain was candy yam. I went back to the dispensary with this issue and was told. We can take it in the back and weight it and take a picture of it for you. What's sometimes it gets packed down in transit? Not prerolls!! There's nothing they can do about it. But they could reach out to the manufacturer and let them know. There was a problem. So here's the problem, There's nothing they will do about it. They'll tell you this, sorry, but it's beyond they are control. This is b******* you should be standing behind your products and making good with your customers. I am a medical patient. Not using for recreational.
