Just started new special last week and this week special changed

I was skipped 3 times because the incompetent staff can't figure out who came in first when only 3 people are allowed in the lobby. Figure that out?

Did not appreciate being turned away at 9:30 with 5 patients ahead of my number. I am pretty sure that they should have been able to take care of me or allow me to wait at my own discretion. 2nd time to be turned away. What a display of compassion!
