Prices have gone sky high. After going to this dispensary for three years, I can say it has changed. Up until recently you could phone in your order for pick up. Upon arrival they called to the back to say the patient is there. Well no longer. There is no reason to call ahead because they only take you back first come first served. When I asked about it after waiting fifteen minutes, the new tall guy standing at the counter doing nothing while 8 unmasked patients stand around was rude af. They no longer give precedence to those who call ahead. So after waiting 15 minutes in the Covid Petri dish, yes I was the only one with a mask, I left. Tried ordering the same pickup for curbside but site wouldn’t allow it. Them I called and after 40 minutes with nobody picking up I gave up. The new woman signing people in was sssssooooooo slow. When I told her I had a call in order she didn’t acknowledge it or call back. It’s a shame because they used to have great employees….both the girl and guy out front today have me looking at Bloom in painesville and rise in downtown. I don’t mind paying prices that are as high as they are if the customer service matches. There is a serious mismatch when you raise your prices and have front line employees who had to be stoned as they obviously could care less about the patients waiting around. This is what happens when the job market favors the worker….places scramble for any help they can get.
