THEY WILL BAN YOU FOR LEAVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW! I shared my opinion and it got me banned. They tried to claim I was rude and disrespectful which is 100% false. The only time that might have happened would have been when I found out that I had points but when I tried to use them I was told I had to purchase something. They might have updated it by now but the original pamphlet that shows the rewards does not say anywhere that you need to spend money to use the points. They tried to get me buy one of they crappy lighters which they probably make good money off of in order to use the points. I got mad and just paid for everything and left angry. I have been back to this place since because I was lazy but for some reason this last time on 4/16/21 they told me I was banned. Go give The Healing Touch your buiness if you are in the Tarzana area.
