I really like the fact that we can earn points to use to purchase merchandise! My husband and I saved up over 1600 points for the pullover hoodie. Once we had enough points, we couldn't find those hoodies at ANY LOCATION (we live in Troutdale and we looked at several locations). One day we went into the Gresham location to ask if they'd be getting more pullovers because if not, we were going to spend our points then. They put my name on a list of people wanting the pullovers. I got a call on Friday 7/5/19 saying they received more hoodies. My husband and I went in today to get the hoodie that I've been waiting for for over a year and we saved his points for that SPECIFIC item and was told they are now twice as many points, and the entire point merchandise list was revised. I think that it is absolutely fucked up that I've been waiting for that for almost 2 years and now that they are in stock I still can't get it because last I knew they were 1500 points and now they are 3000 points. There was no mention of point price in the call/message I received. I am not happy about it and I'd like to know if there is any way that anyone can make it right?? By the time I get up to 3000 points the hoodies are going to be sold out for another 2 years and it's really fucked up, in my opinion.
**Also, tried to send this via the nectar website and surprise surprise "failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method" every time I tried to send. Nectar is just a huge waste of time now. It was better when it first opened, now it's just gone to shit.
