Placed an order on Leafly at 5pm, planning to pick it up the next morning. Got a text at 10:30pm saying my order was canceled, no reason given. Couldn't call them to find out why (because it was 10:30 at night!). That's pretty lousy customer service in my book.

Like I always do, I transferred my flower into an air-tight mason jar immediately after getting home from my purchase and put the jar in its usual place in a kitchen cabinet. Less than two days later, I opened the jar to find the flower had dried out to a disturbing extent. I've been buying flower for years, and this level of dryness doesn't happen until at least 6-8 weeks later. So clearly I was sold flower that was already very old. Despite the fact that everything else about this shopping experience went well, the quality of the flower is the most important thing, so I will not be back.

Kind of out of the way, but a great rec shopping experience. I've been happy with the quality of the flower I've gotten here, the assistance I've received, and the special offers I've taken advantage of to bring the cost down.
