RING BACK DYLAN!
are you guys serious? Y’all FIRED your MVP!? That’s ridiculous! That young man was so kind and patient and had passion he was the face to Project releaf! I’ve been going there (and other places) since mid 2019 and when DYLAN first helped me I ONLY went to Project releaf. FANTASTIC at Upselling, he was confident & such a sweet young man. TO THE PERSON WHO FIRED DYLAN SHOULD BE FIRED! I’ll make sure to pass the word around. What could he had done so bad to get fired?! Hopeful it was a wrongful termination and he SUES the HECK out of Project, that place is trash without that kid. The management has such bad judgement. I went in earlier and I can’t believe you fired him out of anyone, him?! Im sure his heart is broken because he would talk so highly of Project just for y’all to do him like that. My advice from one business owner to the next, should of given him a raise or a promotion and definitely an Apology. Makes me worried about your choice in product now. Best of luck I hope I find Dylan in the future he is the Future of the weed industry. When I had found out he got fired and everyone was confused on why... it made me curious....I decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere!!! A place that respects the value of a good employee! You reward good behavior and work not trash it. If he was unproductive and lazy and rude like the rest of your staff would he still be working there? I’ve never left such a passionate review before but I hope this place sees the impact he left and brings him back with a promotion ah, a raise, and a apology.
My husband is a member of the Oklahoma Cannabis Industry Association, I had informed him on the incident involving Dylan and He would like to get in touch with him, If you can contact him and inform him we have a Proposition he will be interested in.
I want to see Dylan go far in this industry. My husband and I want to help him, it would be helpful If I could recieve more of his information. I understand it’s confidential but we also have some questions.
