Lost a customer, I drive far for the quality and service but pulling the strain of day and limit to in store only after years is not ok. I won’t drive across town for a maybe and to sit in the waiting room for hour and a half while sick. It’s sad that the medical aspects and helping people is now driven by money.

I was told I wasn’t able to use my Kush Kash from item 9 on flower. I had $10 and the guy who checked me out said they can’t use it on flower and they were really picky. I went to check on their website and it clearly states it can be used on any item 9 product including flower. Very frustrating that he wasn’t sure and just lied instead of asking someone who knows. $10 is a lot for some people and the guy made me feel stupid and was very short.
