I had frequented this Shop for over a year, but due to new Management and my Visit TODAY, I will NOT Return.
I advise you take your money to one of the other ~10 establishments along Pacific Avenue.
Now that the People that made this place GREAT are gone, there isn't really a point in shopping here. The deals and quality of Product have declined, as well as Point System; not to Mention the Managements Customer Service skills are atrocious with MEDICAL PAITENTS.
This is not a Medically endorsed establishment, but when working at a Marijuana Shop, I personally feel as the Management should at least have decent Customer Service skills, and not be combative when asked a question about how they have changed operations. I would have had no problem continuing my purchases here in the future IF I was received and spoken to differently by the Manager, but it seemed she cared more about arguing than keeping a Customer happy, or even wanting them to return ever again. I was made so uncomfortable by this women, and I believe you should never feel this way in this type of establishment, especially for asking a question, regardless if they couldn't make happen what I was asking, there is a way to Professionally respond to a Customer, and this was not done Today.
