THE CALL CENTER SUCKSSSSS: I called in and spoke to Morgan, I placed an order at 6:13pm, I drove from the far Northwest side. When I was 10 min away, I realized I haven’t got a confirmation text. So I called back and spoke to to Morgan who placed me on a 6 min hold. By this time, I’m sitting out front and she confirms I spoke to her when placing my order and she, “doesn’t know where my order went”, placed me a “new” order and told me, “it would be 15-20 min”.
I called back and asked for “the person in charge” and I was told, “ she left at 5pm”. I am really disappointed in the lack of accountability.
After I went in, the guys said I spoke to someone at the call center. Product, service and atmosphere is 5 star. Call center 0!
