Proper Cannabis - Bridgeton

I recently visited this dispensary this year, on the 13th of January. When I stepped in, I had to tell the associate receiving at the front desk that my name was C*****, before handing her my information, graciously, nearly every place I go to, respects my real name and gender. I didn't hear any word, or confirmation from this associate, they were inattentive, tooling around on their phone. This dispensary has a waiting room past the front desk, after you get checked in, another associate will call you into the store. I got checked in, and finally, an associate called the name off my documents. I am extremely upset by this. I very uncomfortably managed my order, fighting down my tears and anger, the associate confirms with me that they put a note in on my license. Okay. I entered this dispensary on the 13th, heartbroken, upset, and left in sobbing tears. The second time I stepped in was on the 17th, same motions, I even more sternly and loudly told the associate at the desk that my name is C*****. Yet again, but even worse this time. The incompetent associate read the previous patron's name instead of mine, they were already called. THEN, once again, the idiots here call me in by my deadname. 2 frickin' times, even single time now, I just go here, get misgendered, leave crying and angry. Because of this, I sent an email to the company, a complaint. They did not promptly respond, so I called the store for the manager. They were "busy", so the associate on the other end says they'll call me back. They did not return my call that evening, they did not return my call the morning after, when the store first opens at 9. I am extremely hurt, and frustrated, there's no urgency of care at all from these people. I finally got a hold of the manager, and had a long, frustrating phone call with them, having to call these jerks on my lunch break, wasting half of it not eating. I had to call them, they did not call me. I did not want to step into this awful place for a third time, and risk getting hurt again, but the manager offered me recompense for the grief given. So, I decided to at least use the discount, after today, I really actually do not appreciate been given any sort of discount. I never would've visited a third time otherwise. This time, I step in, I don't even hand over my documents, and tell the associate I will ONLY deal through the manager. I thought this would be safer, but just as the store manager checked me in, the security guard at the door stopped me for my box cutter, but NOT BEFORE CALLING ME SIR AND MISGENDERING ME WITH THE WRONG PRONOUNS THE ENTIRE TIME. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW OVER ALL THREE OF MY ONLY TIMES VISITING THIS STUPID STUPID STUPID STORE. I had a furious, exhausting talk with the manager about this exact effin' problem, and STILL I GOT MISGENDERED. I lost it today, I was in tears for the third damn time here, I was shaking with hurt and sheer anger and frustration. I will not associate with this awful establishment ever. Their prices are trash, and their associates incompetent and rude.
