Welcoming vibe and great deals. High quality concentrates. Love the integrated grinder on the RevAccess card too.
One thing I'd suggest is that you have people queue initially away from the street, especially if that parking lot is generally pretty open. Queue inwards, so that people don't have to feel like they are on display for observation by Karens. Although that girl in line was enjoying the moment for some dancing while waiting so that was fun too.
