Trulieve - Longwood Downtown

I placed a pre-order yesterday for Blue Dream—a rare strain to find in Florida and one of the few that helps my productivity. Today, after driving 35 minutes (one-way), I arrive to find out that harvest as an actually have pre-orders! They basically have same-day pick up holds… so they cancel and restock your order if you’re not there before close of business. This wasn’t explained when I placed the order. There was no warning in the confirmation text. Instead, I spent 70 minutes driving in rain and traffic to find out that Harvest cancelled my order. They are now out of the only strain I care to buy. No other dispensary cancels orders on the same day they’re placed. Trulieve keeps pre-orders at least 48 hours after an order is filled. So why don’t you stop calling it a pre-order and call it what it is—a same day product hold? You could at least tell customers how long they have to pick up an order… so they don’t spend 35 minutes driving home thinking about how much they hate your dispensary.

MedMen - Spring Valley

I love Med Men and this location is one of my favorite dispensaries in Vegas. Clean, huge selection, extremely knowledgeable employees and never crowded. I work in Vegas 5-10 times per year. I visit Canna Copia by Med Men every time!

The Source - Henderson

I was liked out within 30 seconds of arrival. The girl checking in medical patients was extremely rude. She scolded me for being on the phone (A rule I didn't realize I was breaking). Then she told me that they don't accept all out-of-state medical cards, including mine from Florida. So Nevada says I'm a medical patient but you refuse to sell me treatments? This was infuriating. I will NEVER go to The Source again. I went straight to Med Men, who accepted my Florida MMJ card, allowed me to use my phone and had a fantastic selection. They're one of 40+ other options in Vegas that are FAR better than The Source. This no phones rule is only a marketing ploy. If you can't look up the effects of a strain, you have to just buy it... even if it's not for you.
