I am new to the area and Oregon, so this was my first experience with a dispensary. Professional and relaxed. Very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Bought a bubbler which was defective and was able to exchange it for a working one with no hassle, in fact they were apologetic and eager to help. I deal with a panic disorder, so it was important to me that I was comfortable in the shop. They even welcomed my service dog which is another big plus to me! Product is exceptional, and I came from Hawaii, so I am comparing to High quality. Thank you and Aloha.
