Flower Co - Delivery

I was supposed to have an order delivered this morning 11/17 from the Flower Company between 9am and 11am.
I checked my order status at 905am at their site for a delivery time estimate and there was a message telling me I missed my delivery.
I received no message by email, phone or text telling me this.
When I checked my email, there was a message telling me that because of the conference in SF, there would be no deliveries in SF.
I am registered as a patient with them. It is very disturbing that they treat patients with such disregard.
There was no notice at the site about no deliveries either.
