Awful customer service. Placed an order for delivery at 10 AM. Their CS called me from a California (???) number expecting me to answer. Left a voicemail stating to call back on another number. Call that number and stay on hold for 30 minutes, no answer but another random number calls and it was Nature's. Why do you have so many phone numbers? And why are only outbound calls being taken? Anywho- finally got on the line and was being told one of the items was not available, I said that's okay. Hours and hours of waiting passed and no response, no update. They didn't even have the audacity to call me and let me know it's canceled- anywhere. Funny thing is on www.naturesmedicines.com they have "3 delivery windows" and the last window says 7:00-10:00 PM. But when you go on the Nature's Medicine Leafly it says otherwise and that delivery stops at 6 pm. Horrible consistency and overall lack of care and/or customer service.. I really used to love coming here; it was my number one. Decided to try you guys again after months of going elsewhere but you messed that up QUICK. Y'all can keep your moldy bud- is was probably a blessing in disguise that my order was not fulfilled.

Disgusting service I won't be sucking up to JARS for a "free preroll." Lol people will do anything for some dry, dirty crumbs. You guys don't care about your patients at all, as long as your bills are paid! Price gouging is illegal. Found this dispensary after MUV and many other horrible dispensaries started raising their prices. Sad to say JARS has done the same! $140 for a half ounce of some dry, stemmy, reg tasting flower. I'll pass. Your point system is stupid, none of the prices correlate. 200 points is $3 off your order. Yet 1700 points is almost $90 in product? How does that make any sense? You guys might as well take off the prepacked half for 1750 points since y'all don't ever offer that anymore. Paying $250 a year for what? Nothing. Also fix your SUPURB delivery the interface is awful, been sending me a text everyday for two weeks saying "my order is out for delivery" while it's already been smoked a week ago
