Purchased 1 gram shine cartridge on 5/1, didn't open the package till 5/5 and found cartridge to be broken in the package and leaked out all the contents. Returned to the store afterwards with the damaged product and my receipt and explained the situation to the staff and the manager on duty 5/5 approximately 6:30 pm. Manager informed me no exchanges or refund especially since 4 days had passed and I could have sat on it or crushed it. Pretty much I’m SOL. So if you are going to purchase any cartridges or disposable vapes from High Profile of Lakehurst Nj please make sure to inspect and use the item before leaving the property because they do NOT perform any refunds or exchange or guarantee the product's they sell are free from defects. I will NOT return to High Profile and take my business to Nj Leaf or Zen Leaf.
