Eaze Delivery - San Francisco

TLDR: An Eaze driver was sexually inappropriate with me. I reported it and asked for someone to reach out to me. Eaze did not follow through and denied my request to speak to someone.
Why haven’t I received direct communication regarding an incident with one of your drivers?
On 9/11/2022 Jermand delivered my order. He came to the door reeking of cannabis (the smell lingered after he left). As I was checking out, he kept leering at me and turning his head away (like he was trying not to). I was supposed to get change and didn’t. I gave him a $5 tip and after he took my money he asked, “Do you have a man?” I immediately wrote Eaze letting them know what happened and asked for someone to reach out.
I received a reply that night from Moises H. adding $20 credit to my account and letting me know that the matter will be “escalated to the driver management team.” I asked to hear back from them. The $20 means nothing since there’s a $50 minimum and at least $20 taxes. This “gift” is requiring me to spend more money with Eaze.
On 9/16 I followed up asking someone to reach out to me. Katherine B. wrote me back saying that the report has been delivered to the department and the customer is no longer contacted because “the information is already available to ensure the internal process.”
My last follow up email to Katherine B was on 9/19 asking for a full refund of my order and a call or email directly from a manager. Katherine nor anyone has written back.
I’ve been an Eaze supporter since I worked in the cannabis industry in 2015. I remember doing cons with Eaze Brand Ambassadors while they were getting off the ground. I’ve been proud of their expansion and have recommended it to many people. I will no longer be a customer. I highly recommend finding another delivery dispensary whom takes sexual assaults seriously.
