I’ve been to this HWC north a few times now and never had a problem or shitty customer service experience shoutout to Dre, Matt and Jeffery.The guy who helped tonight though( Matthew Brown) was not friendly kinda rude and tried to talk to me like I’m stupid and don’t work at a dispensary myself. I was trying to use my last FTP deal and he told me I couldn’t use it because I’ve been there over 5 times which is true but I was there as REC not MEDICAL and he printed all these receipts and told me I was being charged as med but then went back and ACTUALLY read the receipt and saw that I was telling the truth. He tried to go back on what he was saying and said I could use my deal but I was already upset and standing longer then I wanted too knowing they had a line I wanted to walk out but it was late and bubba sky is kinda my fav so I didn’t want to miss out on that but dang man because of him I will not be back.

Just randomly hit S.G today while driving around, dope little spot nice and small. My consultant Courtney was awesome very friendly and was nice enough to let me and my wife shop together (were both medical) she mentioned the survival Fanny pack and I had to get it not disappointed at all. Our cashier also friendly but he forgot to give a second raffle ticket, I met the requirements to get the bonus ticket but I also spent the amount pretax to receive the next ticket. Kinda upset about that.
