Customer service needs HELP here. When you place an online order, you would expect to get in and out of the place quickly. The staff is nice but they need to hire more people. If you order online, it's RARE that you get a "your order is ready" text message. So, you show up and hope the order is ready when you arrive. I work in an area that has three dispensaries within a mile of each other. I will only go to Haven if I'm desperate. This place disappoints me more often than not.
