I have ADD and I am hyper-aware of my surroundings. I have been on adderall most of my adult life but it leaves me tired and worn out once it leaves my system and worse yet, I still don't have great focus, I just notice I've lost focus and get back to task faster while I'm on it. I found when I smoked Marijuana, depending on the variety I could focus longer and keep one clear thought from start to finish. It has allowed me to accomplish some great things professionally while still having the energy to be present for my family when I get home. I choose to get my medication from the Green Cross at Cherry Creek for many reasons. The quality of their products are very good. My favorite strain is Golden Goat and theirs is top notch. I have a very high tolerance and I do not get "stoned" anymore. The Golden Goat I get here still gives me a nice burst of the energizing euphoric effects that caused me to fall in love with the strain in the first place, and it is potent enough to provide the lasting focus and mood elevation I want without that stuck in the couch feeling. They have had at least 75 other varieties every time I've been in and their prices are very good compared to other medical dispensaries. The service is great and they really do a great making you feel like your issues are important. The staff is very friendly and they've taken the time to get to know me and they always remember exactly what I bought and ask how it worked for me. I have been smoking for several years and I was concerned about my lungs, and they even took the time to show me several vaporizer and edible options. Then answered 100's of questions on each, and even demonstrating proper vaporizing techniques and tips. It made trying something new to potentially improve my overall health without giving up marijuana much less intimidating. It makes me feel like I'm able to really share with them about the effects I experience so that we can really hone in on the medical affects that work for me. The Atmosphere is great, they have a TV and beverages available in the lobby while you wait. The only thing that has ever frustrated me, is sometimes everyone on staff is busy with patients and they don't always have an attendant in the lobby to greet in coming patients. I would love to see a friendly face who can tell me I need to wait because everyone is with patients at the moment :) Much easier to be understanding of a wait, when someone is their to tell me! I am pretty laid back, so I can imagine this really frustrating others!!! All in all though, I am extremely happy with every experience that I've had while working with Green Cross of Cherry Creek and I thank them for helping me lead a successful life without adderall!
