several employees are working behind the glass but are hanging out and joking while the waiting room is full of customers. seems to be a regular occurence to me. 3 out of 5 visits
I pre-ordered 2 cartridges for a BOGO special on 4th of July. I was trying to be in and out to avoid the presumably packed house. After being greeted with a warm welcome I was sent to registers 1 and 2 which were labeled for pickup. After waiting about 5 minutes with no one from the dispensary coming over I figured they forgot to assign someone to the to go registers I figured no biggie I can just hop into the short non pre-order line. After being called over I informed the counter-person of my situation and he quickly retrieved my order and threw in a free pre-roll to make up for the wait. It was much appreciated and will go to good use.
