This shop is awesome and has a great selection of the most affordable products I have been able to find in the Portland area. Good service and great prices on quality medicine!

Nectar is a great shop! I loved visiting their locations in Portland when I was still living up there, and now am absolutely ecstatic about the shop being in Eugene now too! I come in here more than twice a week and never leave without smiling or laughing at least once while I am in the bud room. Great product and great staff make for a great shop that I will keep coming back to.

I went in today Wednesday (12/9) for the special on concentrates. The menu had been updated only hours before I went in. I was greeted in a friendly fashion upon arriving, but once I got back into the medicine room I did not feel the same environment. I was not asked what I could be helped with, and barely acknowledged that I had even entered. I asked the man how his day was, to which he just replied "pretty good" with no comment after that. I asked about the specials on concentrates and got a simple "yeah" and a finger pointed over to the concentrate display. I then ask about the stock on the particular shatter I had seen on the menu that inspired me to come to the store in the first place. He replied by walking over and pointing into the case and saying "right there". At this point I realized the advertised price online is 25 and the price labeled on the product in the store is 30. This was the only price that did not match the label in the entire concentrate case. Had the customer service by the bud-tender not made me feel both burdensome and unwanted, I would have take actions to correct the pricing error. That being said, it is not a very good experience to feel like you are a burden to your bud tender, especially when it comes to mislabeling products on pricing.

I really enjoyed my first experience, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I was very satisfied with my selection that the bud tender recommended to me. They mentioned something about a free gift for a first time visit, but I did not receive one. I would definitely come back, they have great daily specials, especially the Friday special that lets you choose!

I visited this location a while ago and forgot to leave them a review. I am not from Ashland and I was coming into the shop about ten minutes before they closed to try to find something before I hit the road home. When I got home most of the dispensaries would have been closed, so I wanted to get something to use before bed that night. I felt bad going in so close to the time they were shutting down, so I was planning to hurry. The staff were all very friendly and assured me to take my time, the younger male who was helping me said he was a manager and there was a good reason for it. Very knowledgeable about the products and is able to communicate it to the consumer without sounding condescending. They handle all of their products indirectly, using a paper towel or plastic bag to handle the containers. I was very impressed by the quality of the customer service considering the time I was coming in, and the patience they had with finding me what I was looking for!

Got a concentrate that was advertised and labeled as shatter, only to find out that it was a very malleable wax. The taste was still nice, but it was far from shatter and I would at least like to know what I'm getting. And from what I understand shatter is not supposed to be a similar consistency to play-dough.

Great customer service and appreciation. The staff was very friendly and caring, this place values the customer and their opinion. I look forward to having such a great up-and-coming shop in the Damascus area!

I regularly visit this shop, both because it is close and because the people here are some of the best I have met. In particular, I had a guy named Christian as my bud tender the other day. He was extremely helpful in finding what I wanted. After suggesting to him a few of the strains I had in mind he walked me through what he thought about those choices, showing me and talking to me about their strains I had mentioned. After a few questions we both came to the conclusion that what would be best, is the slightly more expensive strain he had recommended. After starting the check out process, I was slightly embarrassed to realize I was 5 dollars short. I awkwardly asked if they took card, to which Christian pulled five dollars from his wallet and said "Don't worry about it man, I got you." This was the most exemplary display of compassionate care that I have seen in any dispensary I have visited. Workers like this are what make customers become regulars, and keeps people who are already regulars leaving with that nice goofy smile. Obviously this is not something that should be expected, but it was great to know that they really mean it and are willing to go the extra mile when they ask how they can help you today. Very friendly staff, that is interested in helping you find what you want, for the price that you want it. Also very quality products, with information that was easily accessible about all of them. I have only been in to this location a few times, but I definitely plan to come here nearly exclusively in the Eugene area.
