Visited for the first time earlier and was very impressed! Great setup where you browse at your own pace, good quality product, friendly service, and good rewards/discounts! I like how all the flower is tested for potency and the grower of the flower/harvest date is labeled. Will likely be back despite living quite far away.

Tru|med is quite possibly the best dispensary in Arizona. All their products are clean and are very high quality, which you don't find in too many dispensaries. Also, their staff is extreme knowledgeable and the items they sell and are professional and friendly. I just wish they'd have more specials or lower their prices!

HWC is among my favorite dispensaries. Despite the long drive, I always find myself coming back for the daily specials more and more! Fantastic quality, clean meds at reasonable prices. The only thing I wish is that they would post test results for their products. Regardless, you'll still end up leaving HWC with a quality product.

Will NEVER return to Mint, very shady business. Before the release of their Grow Science rosin, I called over to see if they had released it yet. They weren't sure, and left me on hold for FIFTEEN minutes with no answer. A question like that should take no more than a minute or two to figure out. Days later, I see they added all the rosin strains to their Leafly menu and decided to wait a few days and stop in during the weekday morning so I could get 20% off. I figured out the strains I wanted on Leafly in advance and double-checked to make sure they were still available and drove 30 minutes to visit this morning. They were out of the first strain though their menu said they had it, so I decided to go with the second strain I had in mind that they still had on display in-store. The budtender went to grab it from the fridge, and came back only to tell me they were out of that one also, despite also being available on Leafly. I wasn't about to compromise on one of the other strains when I'm paying top dollar for concentrate, and decided to ask for a manager to try and reconcile the issue. He came over and didn't seem to take any responsibility for the mistake, and gave me a gram of dried up popcorn in an attempt to make up for the problem. This place needs to get their practices in line, and I will never recommend any patient spend money at this trash dispensary.

Overall quite satisfied and have returned a number times despite living quite far away. Love how all flower and concentrates are in-house and are some of the best product available in AZ at reasonable prices. Not to mention, all their employees including budtenders, reception, and security are the friendliest I've experienced among any dispensary in Phoenix. My only caveat of Reef is that I've had weight issues with their flower multiple times and while their staff is great with dealing with the problem, it shouldn't be happening in the first place. Other than that, Reef is great!

Disappointing 1st time visit. Browsed the menu at all their locations and decided to go to this location to pick up some honey banana sauce. After a 40 minute drive each way, I was saddened to be told that you didn't have any, despite your in-store and leafly menu saying you do. And since I have to use my FTP deal on my first visit I was forced to compromise for a strain that I didn't spend my time coming to your location for. I'm a big fan of high-end sauces and concentrates and H4L had lots of potential of me becoming a customer, but I shouldn't be lied to and forced to comprise on my first visit. Not a good first impression and because of that my first visit is quite likely my last...learn to keep your menus updated :(
