Stopped in the other day only to learn they DO NOT OFFER MEDICAL and according to the clerk have no plans on keeping that promise to the town

1/4/23 Not a good visit today - left empty handed Check in was super easy, the med counter was staffed by luv, and she was with a client that seemed to have never seen a pot menu before and was assisting with the zillion questions the woman had on each item on the menu(eye roll). I sat down in the one seat they have on the sales floor next to the atm - the lady clogging the counter turns the page on the menu and starts asking questions on all the products on the next page - Seeing how this was going to take a long time and she still has 5 pages to go and there was no one else to assist on the med counter, rather than say something rude - I just left without anything and didn't purchase anything. Was planning on getting a new pax 3 and a few ounces of weed, now im dictating on my phone about my visit as I dive to another store for my purchase. This is not a staff issue - its management not having people on hand the floor that are medical certified/trained - There still really isnt a place a patient can wait unless they stand- dont matter you are here for pain meds and standing is painful, you wait and suffer while the poor understaffed people try and help as best they can, you mention the issue and they say they know - but over a year later complaining that there is NO WHERE TO WAIT unless you stand. I'm tired of having the same complaint over and over.

Today was my 1st time there as a customer, I saw something that they are now medical as well. I stopped in doorman was super nice, scanned the id right there. Then I was greeted by two wonderful present lady's that assisted me in getting signed up and filling out the 4 double sided questionnaires. I did make a joke " congrats for the longest check in form in mass " I feel bad for whomever has to try and decrypt my handwriting . I truly am sorry lol. The place is large and open, easy on the eyes and not an overwhelming experience. It's just right. I asked about the house brand that they grow, I don't care about others weed I want to try what you grow. To which my excellent tender proceeded to tell me about double chocolate, that was the only strain they had now that they grow. Ok I said, I'll try a 1/2 ounce. :) After a 1st time visitor discount I'm super happy. Check out was easy and fast. Double chocolate , when I got home I had to sample. Smell and color are great. reminiscent of freeze dried weed :)(A very good thing imo) The one glass jar I opened, was packed with pulls from larger buds, so no sticks and stems really just the pealed off buds. Taste: I use a pax3, it tastes great and hits smooth, hits the head really nice. I wont know for a few days if it'll work for my pain, I'll know in 2 - 3 days. I liked the place, will shop again Oh and it sounds like they may have 30day/60day/90day pricing. I use 1/8" a day for pain

I stopped in the other week to see what that had to offer. I planned on just an 1/8 but the bud was so goodlooking, I ended up with an ounce :)

Stopped in the other day as a 1st time med user, at checkin I presented my License and my med card, the lady thanked me for my service seeing I was a veteran and then proceeded to request my DD214 claiming the CCC requires it. That's total Bull....! The CCC does not require they check your military discharge status, Nore does do they require you to show a document with your SS# on it, or any medical information. My Mass state issued drivers license has that information as well as my Federal VETERANS VA. ID. but nope she says " The ccc requires we check your dd214" Getting past that, Im so flipping triggered by her lies, when I go in, I ask any flower specials and left. Nothing I had to say at this point would have been productive. I will NEVER set foot in this place again. I will make it my personal mission to WARN Every veteran I can about how vets are targeted my little miss I want to see your DD214.

The staff and bud tender was awesome, I cant stress that enough. Had the woman that waited on me not been so nice, when she told me the price after my discounts I would have just laughed as i walked out the door. I stopped in to buy an ounce, my 1st time there. I ask about QP (4OZ) pricing - they dont offer any volume discount. Ok then I say Ill take an oz of blue dream, With new customer discounts and all, I was floored at the price and said no and canceled, the price was what they charge for an 1/8 times 8, you do the math. I kept an 1/8 to see it the hype or price was worth it, This Blue dream smells sour with under notes of mildew need a good laugh look at the price of an 1/8 here and times it by eight LOL OMG what are they smoking This was my 1st time here This was my last time here I will NOT recommend this place to anyone

After shopping here for years, and ring to work with these people.. IMPOSSIBLE Today sadly was my last time here. why? inconsistent supply. inconsistent quality SEEDS The stall is always wonderful, Management on the other hand DO NOT CARE. Now - ending wholesale pricing, so its full blown retail price buy a gram, buy 5 ounces, same price. today I stop in and find out, they discontinued bulk purchase discounts. So now my daily medicine here just sky rocked by ending bulk pricing to a point I can NOT AFFORD to shop here anymore. I have tried so hard to reach out to these people, they dont care PERIOD. When I reported seeds, they NEVER reached out to me, after I smoked the seeded ounce I talk about seeds on my next visit, they deny it, then say they were told to reach out to me.. That never happened I had to complain in store. Now all that seeded weed is used in prerolls - good luck with gummies prerolls. |Ive tried to give them orders ahead of time, tell them my use and forecast. Nope dont care. tell me what pharmacy does that?

Today 9/14/202 was my 1st visit and I will never return. I went there today with my med card with the intention of restocking and trying this place for the 1st time. I happily park my car and get our my med card and my ID, I walk to the door show my med card, Im asked if I pre ordered online, I say no this is my 1st time here I haven't registered yet. Without batting an eye he tells me i have to pre order 1st, no walk ins. I say I'm here to buy 4 ounces, him - you need to pre order. me - driving off with my cash to another store in the next town.

My 1st time here today, I went in with great expectations. The sign up was quick and pleasant. Wow it looks so nice inside this place, this is a 5 star white gloves kind of place. Everyone I interacted with was absolutely awesome. I had my mind set on a selection of products, then I found out the discounts stop at one ounce, they don't offer discounts on any larger purchases and the he price per ounce was so high, I was utterly dismayed at the number I was told and I didn't even want to look or try any at this point left I left heart broken and empty handed. Now I understand why that parking lot was empty, got money to burn this might be your place.

The people as always are awesome, very pleasant and super nice. Sadly they stopped allowing you to use a veterans discount on larger purchases ( any longer :( They explained that the pack is already discounted , so the veteran discount can no longer be applied, you can use your points. But wait , they would allow it this one last time. This is why I love this place! Awesome people, Awesome weed and great prices on more than an once pricing. 5th visit, 4th volume purchase Awesome every time.
