To Northeast Alternatives: I was, overall, very pleased with most of your products and services and prices. However, I purchased four Valorem 1 g cartridges, and EVERY ONE of them clogged and leaked, wasting significant quantities of oil, and getting sticky hash oil all over everything. This happened with EVERY Valorem cart, using 3 different batteries, none of which gave me any problems with other brands of carts. Moreover, I’ve used hundreds of carts over the years, and I’ve had this problem very rarely (maybe 5 times out of 100) with other brands of carts. But with all 4 Valorem carts being defective, there is clearly a severe problem with the manufacture of these Valorem carts. Other people have told me that they had the same problem with Valorem carts. So I will not be purchasing Valorem carts again, anywhere, and I suggest that customers be warned about these defects at the time of purchase-- or, better yet, the Valorem brand of carts should be discontinued, at least until that company fixes this problem!
