From start to finish - over 2 days and a few contacts with this dispensary Phone contacts were all pleasant and extremely nice. Kudos!!! The wait outside was a bit stressful due to pain associated with fibromyalgia. Standing for extended periods of time wasn’t an option on the day I went. I waited in my car for about 20 minutes until the line shortened. But was concerned I might not get in to pick up my order before they closed. Staff said sometimes patients bring their own chairs for the wait line outside. And finally - re: inside the dispensary my expectations were exceeded with regards to the medication quality, price and customer service. First time patient deal was generous. It is a total relief to know that I’m basically set on meds for awhile. And while it was expensive for me - the average cost per gram that I paid for RSO was ridiculously reasonable, comparatively. You all did a fantastic job! Thanks UGD!

Average all around with the exception of their pricing which is more affordable than some of the other dispensaries with the same products. Staff - behind the counter up front this visit....eh. Friendly yet a bit unfriendly, if that makes sense. Other Staff - friendly and helpful. In and out in less than 10 minutes - 5 stars for no wait.

My review on their site was taken down. Went there as a first time patient - Pura was doing a BOGO promo. Double checked flyer - no location specified. Drove to north phx location - they don’t carry Pura @ that location. Didn’t say that on the flyer. Drove way out west to peoria location. Ended up being a 4 hour trapes across Phoenix and back. Staff seemed unconcerned and even worse.....flippant about it. Didn’t feel valued as a customer nor as a metro-phx community member. Also - my plans that day were to get my medication and then stop by the doctors office - have been having some concerning Symptoms of weakness on my left-side and had been playing phone tag with the doctor. I was unable to do this as I left my house at 2p and got home at 6p. It was Friday so this meant waiting all weekend to address my health concern unless I wanted to go to the ER or Urgent Care. The experience caused a fairly high amount of stress. Considering one of the conditions I and others are using the Cannabis medication for is PTSD...(.along with fibromyalgia for me) ..all exacerbated by stress. Ya - probably not going back.
