I made an appointment here to get my red card on Monday. Tuesday night I received two calls but no voicemail so I ignored it. Wednesday I receive a call and a voicemail so I call back and realize it was them. They say "oh - we were just calling people that are on the caller ID - do you have any questions" I said "no - I have an appointment for tomorrow - but is there any paperwork I can fill out ahead of time?" She says "No we will do it for you" I laughed and said "see you tomorrow". I get there today and they tell me that they told all of their patients yesterday and Tuesday that the doctor is out until next Monday. I left furious. I had to switch my lunch break for this appointment, which is NOT easy to do at my job. I called back and gave her a few words about being an idiot that does not know what they are doing. She calls not once, not twice, but three times and leaves a voicemail basically calling em a liar - that she spoke with everyone that works there and EVERY customer got a call - YEAH - ONE SAYING WE ARE RETURNING CALLS THAT WE MISSED ON CALLER ID - not that my freaking appointment was cancelled. I will bring my business elsewhere. These people are too dang incompetent to realize - hey we should tell her when we talk to her that her appointment is cancelled. Go elsewhere. I got my red card since I left earlier today. Good day weasels.
