They over charged me $160, taxed it, then refused to refund me 2 minutes after the transaction. Instead I got $140 in rewards points. Horrible.
UPDATE: I went to spend my rewards points and was told I only had $30 worth. They never loaded them on my account. After 10 minutes of wasting my time while he typed, Scott eventually told me I was the one wasting his time, and handed me my bag and walked away. He also tried giving me a free quarter but only if I took my review down and gave 5 stars. Don’t believe everything you read online!
