In places like Colorado with 7 different tax lines, one has no idea how much one has to spend till it’s all totaled. They also do not accept credit cards or debit. Many other states have found ways to go around the law by using 3rd party processing companies (legal money laundering-basically); I do not know if Illinois would allow that service. It would be nice; atms forces one to take out more money than desired. All in all. A nice place.
