Liars that will put words in your mouth and Continually call me yearly after telling them not to, i havent shopped here in 2 years due to bait and switch pricing bought a bag that was labeled 4g for 20 but ended up paying. 25 or 30 before tax told them about it and they wouldn't do anything after talking to the manager the day it happened and explaining it's not legal to do to that then when she called months later and I again explained what happened was told some prerolls were put on my account. About a week later I was on that side of town and called and was told there was nothing on my account. Now a few days ago they call again I called back and asked what the deal was and the kid on the phone was clueless and didn't even attempt to put the manager on, On top of that the prices were higher than other stores near by the prerolls I purchased before this price incident were nasty trim, infused pre rolls was trim and black wax, buds were always gross and burned black, bud tenders always tried to upsell you. Funny thing is I had a similar issue at dispo down the road and instead of offering me trim rolls that never got put on the account or some 10 or 15 percent off b.s. they gave me 2 free top shelf oz of my choice to rectify the problem Only thing I've had from planted that wasn't poor quality is the edibles they sell but even so dispo and quest have way better deals on the same edibles just on principal I won't spend money anywhere that will technically steal from a customer and do nothing about it when I had the receipt and product, all ive gotten from this store is poor quality, poor customer relations, and taken advantage of plus what weed store calls customers on a holiday weekend and bothers them with why haven't you came back here? That type of stuff makes me feel better about my decision of not shopping with planted they claim not to bait and switch but there's plenty of reviews from people having the same problem I did, run far from this place before they lie on you and make unsolicited calls to you and your family members also seems like the manager here has a serious attitude problem and are extremely unprofessional

ive shopped with greenleaf for sometime now and might i say id never recommend this place to anyone. just for a heads up im not writing this over one issue. multiple times ive gotten extremely wet medicine (about a joint, out of a gram) ive found numerous seeds at my first visit i got a free gift but all my supposed 1g vials only weighed .8, but i got a free gift woohooo. and my last visit i ordered an oz of the strawberry banana, 30 mins later i receive a call saying they only had a half and that the rest would be there the next day, well i called and they said it would not be in for a few days, so at this point i asked if there was anyway to make it right considering they had it available for purchase online,and it was now the next day and they lied and still didnt have it so i placed another order and figured id sample the strawberry banana, COMPLETE GARBAGE, gave me a serious headache due not being properly dried and cured and had no medicinal effects. so i asked about their return policy in response i got a rude answer and according to staff at greenleaf the texts will be posted along with my review. My advice do not do business with these people they have one good strain and youll be lucky if its less the 65-70% humidity and on top of all that my first 3 visits i wasnt charged a delivery fee then all the sudden they started tagging on a delivery fee for 16 miles. accordingto leafly they are located at 9 and john r which is a 10.2 mile round trip not 16, SCAMMERS
