The majority of Budtenders are mediocre at best, ‘Stoner Snobs’ lacking the most basic customer service skills....that being said Harvest in Cottonwood has rolled a 7 with James (Jim) he is knowledge about the products as well as the specials, friendly & has no problem answering my most basic questions without judgement! #budtendersnob
