It took me 37 tries to get you guys on the phone yesterday, yes that’s right 37 phone calls and over 8hrs of trying, your phone ordering is absolutely disgraceful. I started my drive to you guys yesterday when I finally got you on the phone and then you proceeded to tell me the special you are advertising is not going on. I am very disappointed with you guys, I really liked going there. I will probably never return now.
