I recently placed an online order and picked up curbside. When I got home I realized the cartridge that I got wouldn't work with my pen. I called Jars and the staff was super understanding. They gave me the pen that works with the cartridge for my inconvenience. Great customer service, I'm so glad to have you back open for business after state licensing!!! You always have my business.

Little more pricey but quality and staff knowledgeablity was superb. Liked the layout of the store
