Ashley was so super helpful today over the phone. I had order some carts and had to make a change. Not only did she handle the switch of the carts , but she was super polite,helpful, willing to go above and beyond for a customer. 5 star service in my experience today with Ashley. These are the reasons I keep coming back to Jars cannister on 24th Street

I came in tonight and grabbed a couple of noir carts and meant Jake w my bud tender, dude was super chill and cool to talk to. He definitely went put of his way to treat me like a patient and not just another customer. Thanks for the noir carts , nice job Jake w. 👏

I came in yesterday and Sergio was my bud tender. He was amazing and also very very polite also very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make me feel like the only patient in the dispensary. I really appreciate great customer service like this guy gave me because when it comes to my medical or my medicine it is highly important. Lots of props my man thanks again Sergio told you I would do a review for you lol. Also want to give a shout out to my boy Gino at the front desk Geno is my new best friend at oasis. I came to get to Orion pods today and oh my gosh Jose was amazing and also very polite what a great bud tender he wants. I really appreciate this man's service Beyond being polite he treated me like the only patient in the room gave me the full and undivided attention and was very cool he was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about some medical products. Hello today is my first time shopping at this location. I needed to make an online order change so I had to call to make the change. When I called I was helped by Kristina. She was freaking amazing! What a great personality and the way she explained everything was so professional. She treated me like a patient should be treated! She is awesome , thanks for the help and thanks for fixing my mistake when I originally placed my order the first time! I will be visiting this establishment again just on principle of how great she treated me the customer She is a keeper (definitely management material Thanks again

I just wanted to say Merry Christmas to the entire staff at Hana meds. You guys have been my go-to for the last few months with your awesome Aeriz And Canamo carts sauce that is with all the great deals. Also grabbed a lot of dutchie packs as well. My point is those products are great but the people that serve it are even more outstanding I really appreciate panda, Cyrus, Kevin and a few others. Sorry just forgot some names. Not only are these people concerned about the products they're selling me they are always directing me in the right direction and in my opinion that makes a great employee great person and a great human.
