3rd time here and the last. They never seem to have enough staff to take care of people. This last trip was out of control. People everywhere. I waited well over 30 minutes. Talked to someone who brought out the manager who showed me some lobby wait software that supposedly tracks your time there. He basically called me a liar as he pointed to my name with a 10 minute time period next to it. I know what time I got there and what time I finally talked to this man. On the way out another trulieve employee apologized to me and told me they play games with the software and mark all their patients as "served" well before you get in to buy your medicines. This person said they felt bad about it. One honest person there. Look you want to play those games to look good on your stat sheet for corp. fine. Just don't use it to try and make people feel like idiots when they know the truth. Trulieve you should send someone in here to see how long people are REALLY waiting every day at this place.
