I used to use curaleaf on a regular basis it's by my home so convenient and generally good people working and I did go often. I recently placed an online order through curaleaf website I recieved a confirmation text with number along with e mail and confirmation number. I ordered online to make it to work on time. After a hour and half I called to get a ETA on my order and she tells me that they never recieved the order before I even gave her the confirmation number that I received? She was very rude on the phone like extremely my order was over 100 dollars and she told me that she can have it ready in 35-40 min .. and that's the best she can do. So after asking and telling her the situation I asked for her to put me in the front and have it ready when I got therevand she said 35-40min... We went on for a while about this. So since I'm not put as a priority after they mess up and cant do what's right and care about the customer I will never be going to this store again that was insane and the level of rudeness after they messed up was absolutley insane.
