They have a problem with the delivery of online orders. Online should be given precedence over walk ins. I mean if I make an order at 1000 hours then a person that comes in at 1200 hours should not be given a product that I ordered if there is none remaining. The FIX: If trulieve receives an online order and that product is not available then that order should remain outstanding until the product arrives instead of sending a order complete text and the person finding out the order has been cancelled. So if there are still outstanding orders (next day whenever) when the product comes in those uncompleted orders will be filled first above all (the online orders keeps their place in line) on the next day or whenever that product comes in.
