I made my order online (first time) when I arrived to pick it up I was lead outside and stood on the steps, in a fairly heavy wind, had to count out my cash in the wind mind you and then stand and wait. No way to double check my order or maybe have hands free to check the change or even put it away. VERY AKWARD!
I certainly hope this changes before winter.
