Ask about terpene profile and you get a blank look like I just asked a question about quantum physics. B buds at top shelf price. If you ask about anything "oh that's good". Their staff knows nothing about the strains they sell, Lineage or even who grew it. The vibe is "hurry up and buy". The horrendous surfer wall paper in the lobby. With the prices they charge, they could buy some art or at least have some color. There was 1 guy working there that is in his 40s. He is the only one that knows anything of the industry. Wish I could remember his name. I have been to a lot of dispensaries across the country and I can honestly say that Mana is the worst one. Hire people with experience instead of allowing your staff to gatekeep jobs for their incompetent friends.

I gave a 2 because i cant give a two and a 1/2. Likely my least favorite strain. I really wish people would stop pushing it. Looks good, smell alright but when it comes to buzz, no punch to it. Only reason they keep growing and pushing it on everyone is because it is low maintenance, forgiving and high yield. You can wilt a BD plant to near death, bring it back and still get a pound off of it. They tell you its amazing so you buy it, mean time amazing strains are lost and unobtainable because they dont yield 1-4+ pounds a plant as with strains like BD. End rant

Once upon a time this was my favorite dispensary in Eugene. I dont get a welcoming feeling walking in. The tone of the greeter is often along the lines of disdain or exasperation. I bought a half ounce that infested with seeds. Not a good feeling having seeds explode in your face. Called and told them about it. All i got from that was "awwe sorry, we will look into it thanks for letting us know (sucks to be you)" they didnt say sucks to be you but, tone is everything in customer service. Always ask for harvest date! Spacebuds charges a lot of money for last years outdoor. THC degrades, you are not getting what you are paying for. "Hurry up and buy, now leave" vibe from the budtenders. If you say hello to a spacebuds employee on the streets in town they will stick their nose up and look the other way. What was once my favorite dispensary has taken a 180 degree turn. There are much better dispensaries with better quality flower, friendlier staff and better prices. Up until yesterday i was a loyal return customer that sent many people to that shop. Never again. Nobody likes getting ripped off and treated with prejudice. I eould have given one star for service but there is one employee there that is cool and doesnt treat customers like they are a nuisance.
