t Runtz in any way. I reiterated that I asked for Sunset Runtz and the woman gave me the wrong kind- I paid for something I did not get. His response? "Well she's not here to defend herself". Uh? The proof is right here in front of you my man. Not only did he insult me, but then he had to take it a step further by dangling the correct strain in front of me and saying he was willing to knock off a mere 30% on the kind I believed I bought! He wanted me to pay full price for a strain headed for the garbage and then pay 70% more to get what I intended in the first place! Never in my entire life have I experienced such horrible customer service- working in customer service myself for over 12 years. I don't have a lot of money, but I do have principle- I left the unwanted strain on the carpet and told them they've lost my business too. So remember- if you go to East Coast Cannabis, your cashier can screw you out of your money if they make a mistake- and when they put the items in a sealed bag before giving it to you- it's a gamble you will have to take every time. The customer means absolutely nothing to East Coast Cannabis. Thankfully there are plenty other options all around them!
