I've had nothing but positive interactions with you and your wonderful staff at Redbarn Roseburg...until today that is. I placed a small order (a gram) of flower that you had listed. Only to be told after my order was complete that you ground the remaining stock on hand. Minding the fact that my order was already packaged and ready to be picked up (in bud form) . I don't spend a lot of money with you.....approximately $100 a month so I understand I'm not a priority but Damn Redbarn .....you're the only dispensary in Douglas County I shop at. Please adjust your online stock with what you actually have on hand. Oh.....don't tell me Leafly got it wrong because I didn't use their website....I used yours. I'm saddened to have to stop shopping at your store because you were the best....unfortunately I no longer feel this way after today. Sincerely Jeannice L Furgerson
