I love this place and use H4L as my normal dispo. I was saddened that tonight I was unable to qualify for the night owl pre roll. Not because I didn't spend enough, but because they ran out. I waited until after 7pm just for that. I still love this place, but it was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise the staff is always professional.

This is my go to dispo! I'm always satisfied with my product, and the staff is usually phenomenal! Unfortunately, the last couple visits to this location, I seem to have gotten the budtender having a hard day. Same person both times. As a fellow industry worker, I find it unprofessional to have comments such as "well I'm glad it was good for you, but it was hell for everyone else!" - In reference to an online order. Or today when I was trying to pull the coupon up and they said "I don't even care, your total is $$" very hastily and annoyed. I understand the pressure and stress these folks are under, but you don't say those things to people who pay good money and come in with a good attitude. I am not deterred from shopping here, I just hope I don't have this experience in the future or I may find it necessary to address the problem face to face with management. Please continue to be the amazing humans you have been! I truly do appreciate all of your hard work and efforts. -Best wishes!
