After waiting for hours, guess what? My order finally arrived—and it was missing a pre-roll. I’ve ordered from tons of delivery services, both locally and beyond, and they all have a way for you to text or call a real person. But not this one. When you call, it’s an automated system that just redirects you to their website chat (which doesn’t even exist anymore) or forces you to download their app. And let me tell you, the app has the worst ETA system I’ve ever used. I had to chat with them twice because I wasn’t getting any updates on when my driver would arrive. The first person said I was next and that it would take 25 minutes or less. Forty minutes later, I reached out again, and a new person told me it would be another 40-50 minutes because the driver was on a break. By then, we were pushing 3 hours from when this ordeal began. As a full-time working mom with kids in sports every day except Sunday, I rely on an accurate ETA. If they had told me it would take 3 hours upfront, I could have run errands or canceled. Instead, I was stuck waiting, with no time to order from somewhere else. And to top it off, they offered me loyalty points for the inconvenience. No thanks. I won’t be ordering from them again. The lack of communication and poor customer service is beyond frustrating. It’s a definite no from me.

I had purchased some flower for my husband’s birthday from this company. The delivery time was awesome. However, the product is trash. I could probably buy better from a high school kid growing it out of his backyard than what I received today. I remember buying better weed and High School that was Brown than what I received today. When I contacted the company, I was directed to a call center from what seem to be like in the Philippines. They directed me to their chat. I went on their website and explained what happened and requested to exchange the garbage product I received for something else, but they inform me that they could not do that. I don’t know what type of garbage they are providing to their customers, but I would never do business with this company again and I would really , convey to everybody else that it is not in their best interest to do so either.
