After waiting for hours, guess what? My order finally arrived—and it was missing a pre-roll. I’ve ordered from tons of delivery services, both locally and beyond, and they all have a way for you to text or call a real person. But not this one. When you call, it’s an automated system that just redirects you to their website chat (which doesn’t even exist anymore) or forces you to download their app. And let me tell you, the app has the worst ETA system I’ve ever used. I had to chat with them twice because I wasn’t getting any updates on when my driver would arrive.
The first person said I was next and that it would take 25 minutes or less. Forty minutes later, I reached out again, and a new person told me it would be another 40-50 minutes because the driver was on a break. By then, we were pushing 3 hours from when this ordeal began. As a full-time working mom with kids in sports every day except Sunday, I rely on an accurate ETA. If they had told me it would take 3 hours upfront, I could have run errands or canceled. Instead, I was stuck waiting, with no time to order from somewhere else.
And to top it off, they offered me loyalty points for the inconvenience. No thanks. I won’t be ordering from them again. The lack of communication and poor customer service is beyond frustrating. It’s a definite no from me.
