I have shopped here for years since it opened. I refuse to fund that location anymore. As a veteran and native to Phoenix, their customer service has gone to the dogs. Too bad. The online ordering is rarely correct too

I bought an item from here that did not have everything that was supposed to come with it. I went back (no big deal) after finding this out when I got home but it was after ten and I wasn’t too concerned about it. I returned to the store on a later date for a complete product (not actual medicine but a product to use it). They said if it were broken that they would replace it but it works. I asked for the rest of what was supposed to come with it and THE MANAGER started scrambling to take that piece from another one. He said that they were out and couldn’t just take it from someone else’s purchase. THEN he said he couldn’t find it. I asked for a refund. He offered 50% store credit. Sound shady yet? Who else is buying half/missing products? How many bags is this guy going through and piecing stuff together with? I said to forget the whole thing and just give me a refund. It was $11!!! Not a make or break his business purchase but a big inconvenience for a customer. He REFUSED to take back his half put together item saying that since its not broken that his bosses won’t let him. Sound shadier?! I’m pretty sure “his bosses” 🙄 didn’t want to lose a customer...but they just did. Principal and respect are a part of business. Stop hiring old weed dealers and get people who know how to treat customers.

I showed up today after work for my second visit to Sky. I’m a second time patient and a veteran. I forgot to indicate my veteran status on my first visit and when I accidentally handed my VA card, they fixed my mistake and thanked me multiple times for my service. This was especially important for me because I WAS one of the veterans without benefits for 15 years until just this year. Its was nice and unexpected. Kevin was the gentleman who helped me. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and was able to direct me to the products for my specific needs (being that I know little about it). He was personable and professional. He also made it a point to be sure that the atmosphere was agreeable. Top marks for customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone who appreciates great quality and service.
