Wow oh wow!!
I struggle with sleep from time to time for most of my life. I was diagnosed with insomnia about 4 months ago and was given sleeping pills to try, which work. But I wanted to go a more natural route to help me sleep that wouldn’t make me dependent on pills to sleep. This was it. I mean I smoke and then 30-60 minutes later I’m ready for bed and I sleep through the night like I’m on a warm fluffy cloud of goodness. It really has helped me sleep so much better and I don’t feel hungover in the morning like I do from pills. 10/10 would recommend!!
