This is a great strain for taking the edge off but still being able to function. It's great for day time use to keep my anxiety down but my mood up. Helps me stay on point but not overly stress. Plus with three rambunctious kids it's been a great mood relaxer so I am not so "up tight" all the time and tense. I don't feel the "high" part like with some others but it does it's job keeping me relaxed which is exactly what I need for an intensely stressful job and family life right now.
